La Locanda Pizzeria — Restaurant in Carpignano Salentino

This was a truly underwhelming meal.

There was very little seafood on the menu, despite the region. The menu was uninspired; there were a series of very generic Italian dishes. Perhaps people really like the antipasto buffet; that’s not really why I go out to eat at restaurants.

The service was terrible. Our meal chop, a pizza, and an orecchiette pasta took 45 minutes, even though we were one of two families in the restaurant. Our salami pizza didn’t even have enough salami to cover the pizza. The staff was oddly unfriendly, and perhaps they didn’t like us because we had small children or because we are a family that’s not normally seen around here.

Non ci siamo proprio!

Metto una stella perché non si può mettere di meno. Zero igiene

Siamo stati in questo posto per cenare. Che dire, mi chiedo ancora come faccia ad essere aperto. L'attesa infinita, abbiamo ordinato dei frittini, che erano immangiabili per l'olio fritto e stra fritto. Le pizze accettabili, una prosciutto e funghi con funghi per metà freschi e per metà bolliti. Non riesco a comprendere, come sia possibile trovare qui stelle così alte e vi dirò perché: Passando al servizio, ci hanno chiesto più di tre volte che pizze avessimo ordinato, la comanda era stata sbagliata all'inizio. Poi la pulizia, scappate!
