If you are looking for a hidden gem in the countryside of Lange, look no further than Restaurant Redibis in Carru. This place is a delight for the senses, with food and presentation that will surprise and delight you. The chef, Silvia, is full of energy and creativity, and she knows how to pair the dishes with the perfect wine. The ambience is warm, smart casual and cosy, and the outside area is great for an aperitif or an outdoor event. I can't think of any cons for this restaurant, only pros. We stayed with Silvia for two nights in our motorhome (booked through Pitch Up). We felt at home immediately and we thoroughly enjoyed all the delicious food that Silvia cooked for us. Locale apparentemente semplice ma molto raffinato, sobrio ma accogliente e curatissimo in ogni dettaglio, di recentissima ristrutturazione. Al piano superiore piccolo B&B di due camere. Soffitti a volta e particolari assai accurati, dalle credenze al bagno al mobilio decorativo. Piccoli tocchi creativi, eleganti, collocati in maniera solo apparentemente casuale. Personale professionale, competente ed estremamente cortese. Servizio a tavola curato fin nei minimi dettagli. Presentazione delle pietanze con tocchi raffinati. Chef cortesissima e molto disponibile ad uno scambio di pareri, quesiti, spiegazioni e aneddoti reciproci. Ci siamo più che piacevolmente intrattenuti in chiacchiere per oltre un'ora. Vino nebbiolo veramente notevole. Cibi sopraffini, da quelli saporiti a quelli delicati, il menù bollito è abbondante con una scelta di 6 salsine differenti, ciascuna di sapore gradevolissimo. Alimenti tutti di provenienza da zone limitrofe. Dai primi, ai secondi con contorno, al dolce: una festa per il palato. Struttura immersa in contesto quasi bucolico nonostante la stagione fredda.
