My friends and I tried their bagna cauda as it was bagna cauda day. Firstly the place is located on a beautiful hill. Atmosphere is cosy and beautiful. However we were all quite disappointed with the bagna cauda as it was too salty ( with tastes of the bones of anchovies ) and so much oil. You are basically eating oil with vegetables. I have tried many other places but I have to say the sauce was not that great. Vegetable selection was average . For the price we paid, we had better bagna cauda elsewhere. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Went here for the annual bagna cauda event (held 2 consecutive weekends at participating restaurants in the region and beyond) and enjoyed everything about this place. Wonderful restaurant in a peaceful setting far out in the countryside. The staff were professional and courteous, and as for the bagna cauda itself, it was excellent (beef carpaccio also came with the vegetables). Apre all'ora di pranzo e poi all'ora di cena ..sul posto si può godere di ampi panorami mozzafiato , l'aria qui e fresca ..e si mangia del cibo davvero genuino . .nel più pieno silenzio della campagna , vi garantisco che se volete evadere dallo stress delle vostre città..per stare immersi nella natura e soprattutto godere della cultura di questi luoghi ebbene questo e" il posto che fa per voi .Vi garantisco nuovamente che qui potrete soggiornare in agriturismo stando in un pieno e meritato relax .Qui l'accoglienza e fatta con molta gentilezza ..e tanta ospitalità, e tutti i locali sono puliti e ordinati. C'e" un'area parcheggio molto ampia ..e senza costi , mentre nel locale ristorante potrete mangiare ..agnolotti al sugo d'arrosto , battuta di fassona con scaglie di parmigiano , battuta di carne con tartufo nero , risotto con spinacino fresco , vitello tonnato , salame al cioccolato , antipasto e giardiniera , torta di nocciole , tartara di carne cruda con mirtilli , zabaione al tartufo nero , crostata ai frutti rossi , gnocchi al pesto con granella di nocciole , tagliere per apericena , antipasti misti , agnolotti salvia e menta , apericena con tagliere molto sfizioso ..e molti altri piatti della tradizione locale ...che dite vi basta tutto questo ?
