Service is inconsistent and so is quality. I took a party of 7 people, dishes arrived randomly, waiting staff didn't seem to understand the side dishes need to accompany meat dishes, the raw meat (carne cruda) was grey. When I complained with the owner, he became all aggressive and rude and accused us of being troublemakers as nobody else had complained. We paid (including the dishes that hadn't being served after a long wait) and left with a rather bad taste in our mouth. Al caffè del Conte Amico sono stata a ferragosto scorso. Mi sono trovata molto bene, cibo curato, servizio impeccabile e sopratutto CIBO SANO. Mi è piaciuto tutto, dall'antipasto tipico piemontese, ai primi che con ingredienti semplici e una presentazione fantasiosa ti stuzzicavano l'appetito. Aver mangiato fuori all'aperto, tranquilli, in tutta comodità, beh... è stato bellissimo. Non ultimo la simpatia di Verena e di tutte le persone che collaborano con lei, sono stati gentilissimi a chiarire i contenuti del menù che, magari da "cittadina" non conoscevo. Mi viene ancora l'acquolina in bocca per il dolce fattomi assaggiare: era una pasta semplice ma gustosissima! Sicuramente a primavera tornerò a trovarLi! Wir sind aufgrund der guten Bewertungen und der schönen Umgebung hierher gefahren. Unsere Kellnerin sprach kaum Englisch und gab uns zu verstehen, dass es kein Menü oder sonstiges Essen mehr gibt. Sie hätten auch keine Speisekarte. Wir haben also nur Getränke bestellt (auch ohne Karte). Alle anderen Gäste, auch die die nach uns kamen, bekamen eine Tischdecke, eine Speisekarte und einen Brotkorb. Später wurden diverse Gerichte serviert, sowohl warme Gerichte als auch Desserts. Wir haben nicht mal eine Tischdecke bekommen. Scheinbar werden Touristen hier anders behandelt als Einheimische. Ich würde es niemanden empfehlen und auch nicht...
