Last night I had dinner with my husband at Le Mille Sfoglie, this cozy restaurant really highlighted our trip to piacenza, every dish we had was masterfully prepared and beautifully presented by chef Jacobo, the top quality, fresh and locally sourced ingredients that this restaurant is loyal to gave a true meaning to what Italian cuisine is all about and it’s authentic identity, also the exquisite selection of bread that is freshly baked, the local wine, and I can confidently say that even the coffee was one of the best I’ve had in Italy so far made our dining experience so enjoyable. Serata pizza infrasettimanale. Menù con le classiche pizze e qualche pizza denominata "speciale" che ad onor del vero di speciale hanno poco, nel senso che non ho trovato nessuna pizza "speciale" con ingredienti ricercati. Locale a metà capienza, abbiamo atteso circa 30 minuti. Nessuna proposta di antipasto e entree per ingannare l'attesa. Una pizza bufalina ed una pizza patate e bacon, di discreta fattura, cotte alla perfezione accompagnate da due calici di vino bianco fermo, una bottiglia di acqua e due caffè. All'arrivo delle pizze, il vino di per sè non di nostro gradimento era a temperatura ambiente così come la bottoglia dell'acqua. Conto totale € 43.50 nel quale spiccano una pizza bufalina ad € 9,50 ed una pizza bacon e patate ad € 16.00!!!!!!!!!, e due bicchieri di vino ad € 8.00...
