We had a good time at Fermata 24. The food is very good with quality ingredients and dressed onto the plate with care. Loved the fresh baked bread as well. The tiramisu was average. One point of critique is the waiting time: I understood it was unexpectedly busy. We ordered a starter and main course at the same time, but had to wait over 50 minutes between finishing the starter and receiving the main. At that point, most of our appetite had vanished. I understand it is not easy responding to a sudden rush, but the communication could have been handled better. We considered cancelling the order of our main course after some 45 minutes of waiting, but that seemed rude so we didn't. At the check we received a discount but it was so small it might have been better to just offer an amaro or a free coffee instead. I would still recommend this place for lunch or dinner, but I do hope our experience was the exception and...
