A beautiful evening at Ristorante Nuvolari! The service was very friendly and attentive. The value for money was okay – not cheap, but still acceptable considering the location and quality.
We enjoyed a stunning sunset overlooking the hills of Tuscany – truly unforgettable. We had a wonderful Chianti Classico to drink, which paired perfectly with our meal.
The food was excellent: the Pici Cacio e Pepe were deliciously creamy and well-seasoned, the Pappardelle tender and full of flavor. The highlight was the T-bone steak – perfectly grilled and cooked to perfection. We had it with a fresh mixed salad and flavorful Fagiolo al Fiasco – a true taste of Tuscany.
The only downside were a few mosquitoes, probably because we were seated right next to a bush – but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.

Went with my family, we had the typical Tuscan crostini as starters, followed by pasta dishes (pappardelle with hare ragu, potato raviolone with boar ragu, pici Cacio e pepe) and entrées (faraona arrosto, grilled lamb and braised veal cheek). Cantucci with vin santo is a must-try for dessert.
The waiters Lorenzo and Nicolas really make you feel at ease; chef Carlo as well, leaving the kitchen to chat with the guests.

The wine tasting was hosted by the owner, where we tried 3 different wines. He was so amazing and gracious, also letting us try a Rose and Grappa to end it. Later in the evening we went back for dinner. The portions and food were all amazing.
