Man, this was so good ✌🏻 3 dishes tasting menu @70 EUR turned out to be 7 dishes with exceptionally good selection of ingredients & perfect execution. Non posso valutare cibo e servizio perche non ho mangiato. Sono andata perché mi hanno proposto un lavoro Senza avvertirmi ovviamente di dove veramente fosse . Sperduto in una collina sopra Vada, c'è una strada sterrata di kilometri sconnessa su e giù che le ruote sembrano staccarsi. Arrivo sul posto , mentre nessuno rispondeva ai miei messaggi , non si trova lo chef che poi compare, quindi mi dicono che devo parlare con il direttore che mi passano al telefono e mi dice che loro non pagano le prove . 100 km da Firenze più quella orribile strada finale ..non ho avuto nessuna selezione , perché non ho ovviamente fatto nessuna prova, forse giudicano frettolosamente ? Dopo are fatto fare alle persone inutili kilometri? Io trovo che non è un recruiting professionale , che c'è una manipolazione e molta presunzione, meglio non aver speso chissà quanto per provare...
