This place is extraordinary. it has a magical atmosphere, an interior polished to the smallest detail. The staff is super nice and at a high professional level and everything on the menu is super tasty and melts in your mouth. I highly recommend you try their wine CINQUALE CHIANTI CLASSICO RISERVA by BOSCHETTO CAMPACCI, it's great. as well as venison fillet with caramelized onions and fig jam, mmm mmm. And don't miss the desserts, hand-made and tasty..😋In general, whatever you choose from their menu is uniquely delicious....

Situato nel piccolo Borgo millenario di "San Gusmé", irto su un colle, con uno "Scenario da favola, circondatoda vigneti e olivete, nelle colline del Chianti classico, Gallo Nero, a pochi km da Siena. Il "Filetto" è un locale accogliente, ben ristrutturato da poco, che presenta un menù ristretto ma di ottima qualità, servito da un personale gentile e competente. A parte le tipiche pietanze toscane, che formano il corpo principale del ristorante, noi siamo rimasti sedotti, a pranzo, dall'offerta di una "Chateaubriand di manzo Italiano". Servita in modo impeccabile, per due persone, di ottima qualità, cotta a puntino e accompagnata da verdure e salsette varie. Il tutto affiancato da un ottimo Chianti e un dolce fatto in casa. L'esperienza è stata del tutto positiva, e ci auguriamo di ritornarci presto per assaggiare i vari tipi di pasta fresca e le tradizionali...
