I had the pleasure of visiting the Italian restaurant with its enchanting garden, and I cannot praise it enough! This place offers a plethora of delicious vegan and vegetarian dishes with a charming atmosphere.

Now, onto the culinary experience: The selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes is simply astounding. The ingredients are fresh, the flavors are perfectly balanced, and the presentation of the dishes is simply enchanting.

Avevo un ottimo ricordo di questo ristorante, ma è cambiato qualcosa.

Tralasciando che da ristorante di specialità toscane è diventato un ristorante vegano… quantomeno avrebbero dovuto cambiare il nome…

Una sola persona faceva da cassiera, cuoca e cameriera per tutto il locale, con risultati disastrosi.

Piatti abbondanti ma stomachevoli

Cucina in uno stato di igiene vergognoso. Se la avessi vista subito me ne sarei andato.

Evidentemente ricorda male la persona, abbiamo espresso il nostro disappunto per i tempi biblici del servizio e con noi altri tavoli hanno fatto lo stesso. Era presente una sola persona. Capita a tutti di avere un problema con il personale/soci/familiari, basta avvisare chi ha prenotato o sta prenotando e chi è arrivato che si è sotto organico e che i tempi saranno lunghissimi.

Non ricordo come mi sono affacciato in cucina, forse andando in cerca di qualcuno dopo una estenuante attesa, ma se non c’era nessuno a fermare me non ci sarebbe stato nessuno a fermare anche un malintenzionato pronto a versare peperoncino ovunque… il locale è il suo, la responsabilità è sua. Non ci si può nascondere dietro un cartello, che tra l’altro non ho visto.

Non è necessario cambiare ragione sociale, basta cambiare l’insegna e il nome dell’attività su google maps. Basta aggiungere un “vegana” dopo trattoria.

Essendo la dieta vegana una dieta abbastanza particolare sarebbe buona norma renderlo ben noto così come farebbe (o dovrebbe fare) un ristorante di soli piatti a base di carne o di pesce.

Di certo non avrei prenotato per un locale del genere, una volta arrivati era abbastanza stressante pensare di rimettersi in auto alla ricerca di un tavolo in alta stagione. Era meglio lo stress.

Qui su google a distanza un anno dalla mia recensione continuano a essere in prima visione le immagini di piatti a base di cacciagione, il ristorante viene suggerito tra i locali in cui mangiare cinghiale… non vi fate una buona pubblicità, quantomeno non trasparente.

Non chiudere questo profilo o quantomeno aggiungere al nome la precisazione che si tratta di un ristorante vegano mi sembra un piccolo imbroglio di cui si può ben fare a meno. Forse poterà tanti clienti...
