As per my last review, your response justifies the rudeness of your staff, which is highly unprofessional. A business should always maintain professionalism in its interactions, regardless of the type of customer.

Additionally, we only called once and never in the morning, so it was incorrect to assume we were the same customers from a previous call. If you are committed to maintaining the quality of your pizza, the same standard should apply to your professionalism.

Having lived abroad and worked for companies that provide excellent customer service and proper training, I understand how these situations should be handled. When a customer calls, the correct approach is to immediately explain that there is an online menu to choose from, rather than vaguely stating that there are fish, meat, or pizza menus.

On the second call, we were informed that we needed to preorder, which made the process unnecessarily complicated. As a group of four, this meant I had to repeatedly contact everyone to confirm their choices—an inconvenient and unprofessional experience.

During the third call, after I finally provided our order, I was suddenly asked whether I wanted the San Valentino menu or the regular menu—something that was never mentioned before, adding further confusion. Then, as I was hanging up, the waiter audibly said, “Unbelievable.”

Food: The food was awesome and super delicious, there is a variety of things to eat, from fish to Pizza and from Fries to just a casual Salad. The portions where a little to big and at the and we had many plates left half full but that was not to bad.

Deco: The place is beautiful, you can either eat inside or outside. Inside there are old pictures of street markets in the old town and of old movies. Outside there is much space surounded by a small stone wall. It is decorated beautifuly. From the front the restaurant looks like it is very small but as soon as you step inside you are hit by the fabolous look of the room and the tall ceiling.

Staff: The staff is very kind and friendly. There are 3 Waiters and 1 Waitress, sometimes the manager(a lady) helps out as a Waitress.

An amazing restaurant with just one flaw which i will explain at the end. The food is amazing, the fish was very fresh and served in a nice way. The environment is also amazing. It is very calm and some typical details of salento. The only flaw is that considering that it is not a cheap restaurant the service is not exceptional. The food is served timely and accurately.
