I am not sure about all of the positive reviews on here. We had reservations and sat in a back room and completely ignored. We were sat and we put in a water and wine order and decided on on family style apertivos and pasta. We never received any silverware or napkins. We walked around the back of the restaurant where we seemed to be strategically placed looking for napkins or paper towels. It took about 45 minutes to get our first course, which was good but still did not receive napkins or silverware. After another 45 minutes, so a total of an hour and a half we did not receive our pasta course. We asked for our pasta twice and we were blown off and told “don’t you know we make fresh pasta here?” When we walked around the front of the restaurant, which was empty when we arrived the tables were full and all tables had apertivos, pizza, drinks, and silverware. It was clear we were forgotten about. We continued to ask for our pasta course and brushed off yet again, the pasta finally arrived and we did not have plates or silverware to eat the pasta. Most of our party left as we were on hour two of our dinner and a few stayed back to pat the bill and tried to take our leftovers.

Terrible, went as a family, had a reservation and they sat us right away all the way downstairs, we understand being out of way as we were a large group. They suggested the same pasta for all which is fine. Never took drink orders and didn’t bring half the drink orders after multiple asks, the family style pasta took 2 hours to arrive, we asked multiple times while being patient and kept being told “it’s coming right now”. As a group we decided to walk out, and then the food came. It was ok, salty, thank god we never ordered the second dish.

We had to ask twice for anything we got, had to get napkins, silverware and to go boxes ourself.

Watched all other tables order, served and pay while we waited.

Again, we absolutely kept asking and were being patient and gave them benefit of the doubt, if you aren’t local….don’t go here.

Service was absolutely terrible. Sat at an empty restaurant at 7:30pm and walked out at 9:45 without even yet ordering our main dish. We were served our pasta dish at 9:30 which was both too salty and too hard even for a group that was extremely hungry. At 9:30 we still needed to ask for silverware, as well as drinks that had been ordered previously. The atmosphere was equally disappointing. Extremely warm in the “air conditioned” room we were told we were being brought to. Patrons at all three tables were fanning themselves to try to get comfortable. And one of our chairs...
