SERATA VERGOGNOSA. Chiamato per due giorni di fila , semplicemente per prenotare , sentendosi dire ogni volta di richiamare il giorno dopo perché erano troppo indaffarati per il pieno di gente. Alla fine sono riuscito a prenotare per il turno di sabato sera alle 21.00. Premetto che sono già stato qui a mangiare in due occasioni (un sabato sera con poca gente , e un infrasettimanale a pranzo) e avrei potuto mettere 5 stelle tranquillamente. Alle 21.00 spaccate ci fanno accomodare , ordiniamo nel giro di 10 minuti 3 pizze , 3 primi (2 x gnocchi capesante e tagliatelle selvaggina) e 3 secondi (fritto , carne al pepe , seppie in tecia). Ci portano le bibite e poi il pane e dopo averne mangiato qualche fetta chiedo a una cameriera di passaggio (la ragazza riccia un po’ più in carne) di portarne cortesemente un altro vassoio. La risposta testuale: “hmmm anche no , sinceramente vi mangiate prima questo e poi ve ne portiamo altro”. Il tutto detto in malo modo. Silenzio tombale al tavolo e senza aggiungere altro se ne va di fretta. Io sono rimasto impietrito ed imbarazzato , ragion per cui non tornerò più in questo posto che tanto mi piaceva. Gente adatta ad altri lavori , al contrario del ragazzo giovane che è stato molto cortese ed educato. CIBO: ordinato alle 21.10 , arrivate pizze e primi al tavolo alle 22.15 , mentre due ragazzi dietro di noi , arrivati mezz’ora dopo e che avevano ordinato due pizze , hanno mangiato e sono andati via nel giro di mezz’ora mentre noi stavamo ancora aspettando le nostre portate. Anche altri tavoli arrivato un po’ dopo il nostro hanno mangiato qualche minuto prima di noi. SCANDALOSO. Tralasciando la brutta esperienza in questione di tempistiche , io personalmente ho preso i piatti che avevo già preso , gnocchi capesante e seppie , che reputavo fenomenali. In questa occasione gnocchi anonimi e seppie gommose. Fritto e pizze a detta degli altri normalissimi , tagliatelle anonime , e 26€ per una carne al pepe (che ho assaggiato) scandalosa , carne che non sa di nulla. In fin dei conti NON ANDATE IN QUESTO RISTORANTE SE VEDETE TANTA GENTE. Non sanno minimamente gestire la clientela e la cucina quando...

They were very kind at the beginning and seated us down to a nice table. So far we were happy. The problem started at the waiting time that was more than 40 minutes. We saw people that had arrived after us being served first. The adults have been served first than the kids, so we had to wait for their food to arrive to start. One order had been forgotten so we cancelled it and asked to pay. When I asked the waitress why it was taking so long to be served, she said that the chef was sick and her 70 year old mother in law had to replace him in the kitchen. My wife and I enjoyed a truly memorable dining experience here. Everything was perfect for us, the menu, the service, the location, the meals. A highly desirable location by the Laguna. Would recommend reserving a table in advance, we did not but arrived early and they were able to accommodate us. As well as Italian, staff speak German and English and very friendly. Was a problem paying with my credit card, but staff were extremely patient and able to sort it all out with minimum embarrassment. Looking forward to future visits here.
