I used to come to this place for many years and it was a jewel of peace, with a tiny bar with reasonable prices as well. I was here last summer.... Everything changed, starting from the loud music (isn't it a protected area, by the way?). There was a loud DJ session and tables spread all over. The barman looked very annoyed by the people around. He told us that he didn't have any spots available and, forcing him, we managed to receive a miserable spritz in a plastic glass for only... €8 each. La location merita, c'è una vista bellissima direttamente sul lago. La tanto paventata "accessibilità per disabili" è una bufala perché, di fatto, si arriva è c'è IL CANCELLO CHIUSO che impedisce di accedere alla location. Il fatto che si debba "avvisare prima" è ridicolo, e comunque, se anche si telefona prima, non risponde nessuno. Per fortuna, il personale è estremamente attento e disponibile, per cui io sono stata aiutata a trasportare l'amico disabile in carrozzina lungo la ripida discesa fino alla location. Il cibo è buono, anche se il servizio è poco organizzato e capita di ricevere le ordinazioni (per 2 persone, non per 20) anche con parecchio tempo di differenza tra uno e l'altro. Altra pecca sono le protezioni dal sole: teli raffazzonati che lasciano passare sole e caldo. Occorrerebbe attrezzarsi con ombrelloni seri e ben piazzati.

Mi spiace veramente tantissimo per l'atteggiamento negativo e polemico della gestione, che invece di incassare le critiche costruttive e garbate, ha fatto polemica a parole alla cassa, con sgarbatezza e negatività. In questo posto credo che non ci verrò mai più.

Qualsiasi difficoltà dovessero avere con il Comune, risolvessero CON IL COMUNE e con una ADEGUATA comunicazione sui problemi di accessibilità, e non facendo sterile polemica con la clientela!!!

Je schöner der Ort, desto mieser der Service. Die Darsena liegt traumhaft – die Lage ist ein Postkartenmotiv, der Blick auf den See einfach unschlagbar. Genau deshalb habe ich ihr schon mehrere Chancen gegeben. Jedes Mal war ich mit Freunden dort – und jedes Mal begann ich den Besuch mit einer Warnung: Bringt Geduld mit. Die Kellner wirken ständig überfordert, unkoordiniert und mehr damit beschäftigt, an ihrem Aussehen zu feilen, als Gäste zu bedienen. Unaufmerksam, langsam und genervt, sobald man freundlich nachfragt – das zieht sich wie ein roter Faden durch jeden Besuch. Gestern reichte es. 1,5 Stunden Warten auf das Essen – und das, während wir nur beim Aperitif saßen. Auf Nachfrage kam keine Entschuldigung, sondern patzige Antworten. Am Ende sind wir einfach ins Restaurant gegangen, weil völlig klar war: Hier passiert heute nichts mehr. Mein Rat an die Besitzerin: Entweder das komplette Servicepersonal austauschen oder das Konzept umstellen, sodass diese Crew maximal Tische abräumt – aber auf keinen Fall Gäste bedienen. Ein Ort dieser Schönheit mit einem derart miserablen Service ist nicht nur enttäuschend, sondern geradezu respektlos...
