Piccola premessa : siamo liguri del Savonese e da noi è davvero “torta di riso finita” , non è solo comicità ma quando entri in alcuni locali ti vien voglia di non entrarci più , se le facce sono da mugugni . Invece arriviamo qui a Ohana e di Domenica e noi e loro di corsa , loro pieni di gente e noi affamati , pensiamo subito ci mandano a spigolare , ma poi con sorriso e gentilezza ci sfamano bene e con sorrisi , non ci siamo abituati , troppo carino anche il cuoco che ci chiede se la Francesina di Baccalà e Panizza ci piace ... al baccalà in stile buridda ci siamo abituati ma questo piatto è super...
