Our visit to the restaurant left us with mixed feelings. The ambience is very pleasant, and the large parking area is a big plus. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

The portions were very small considering the high prices — the food simply didn’t match the value for money.

The waitresses seemed impatient and visibly nervous, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere throughout the visit. Communication was also a struggle, as the staff spoke very little English. The menu consisted only of meat dishes, with no real variety for different dietary needs.

To make matters worse, we were served an appetizer we didn’t order, and it was later added to the bill, which left a very bad impression and we didn't mention this because of the bad English.

Overall, this restaurant isn’t very tourist-friendly, and despite the nice setting, the experience was...

We just passed by for a lunch stop on our way to Switzerland. Really impressed by the food here, one of the best Pasta we’ve ever had. There is no printed menu since it changes according to the seasonality of the raw materials, the menu was introduced by the manager verbally. (Maybe a small disadvantage is that you could not know the price in advance, but at the end I would say everything is fairly charged, no need to worry about getting rip-off) You can tell from the taste that most of the ingredients come super fresh and in high quality, together they form into an interestingly rich and well-balanced combination. We were blown away by the appetizer, pasta and dessert....

Siamo tornati in questo ristorante dopo una prima esperienza positiva ma purtroppo la visita di ieri sera è stata completamente diversa. Eravamo in quattro, con ospiti arrivati dall’estero – uno dei quali chef – e ci tenevamo molto a fare una bella figura. Siamo arrivati con dieci minuti di ritardo anche perché purtroppo i nostri amici erano arrivati tardi in Italia (avevamo prenotato per le 21:30); ci avevano già avvisati che il locale avrebbe chiuso alle 23, e naturalmente eravamo pronti a rispettare l’orario. Fin dall’inizio, però, abbiamo percepito un atteggiamento scocciato e poco cordiale. La cameriera è stata sbrigativa, a tratti scortese, e in generale ci siamo sentiti poco benvenuti.

Anche la cucina non è stata all’altezza del ricordo: piatti preparati in modo molto semplice, senza la cura e l’attenzione che ci avevano conquistati la prima volta. Non ci è stato servito nemmeno l’aperitivo di benvenuto, le porzioni erano ridotte e il gusto deludente. In più, mentre stavo ancora mangiando con il piatto mezzo pieno, la cameriera ha provato a portarmelo via e ho dovuto fermarla. Quando poi abbiamo chiesto un po’ di pane in più, ci ha guardati malissimo e ci ha portato quello più banale, non quello buono.

Il punto peggiore è stato con la carne servita al nostro ospite chef che era molto vecchia e si sentiva chiaramente che stava per andare a male.

Alla fine abbiamo speso una cifra non indifferente, ma siamo usciti insoddisfatti, ancora affamati e con l’amaro in bocca.
