L' Officina del Macellaio — Restaurant in Cellere

Ho letto molte recensioni buone...mhaa...forse serata no..per lo chef o bracere...ma servizio pessimo dimenticato sia da cameriera che proprietario ...ordinate due tagliate cotture medie ....arrivate praticamente carbonizzate e senza la saliera olio e pepe se si voleva aggiungere ..sapidità..,non ho potuto neanche confrontarmi per le portate arrivate..perché non è passato più nessuno al tavolo...per il.dolci dopo 20 minuti di attesa sono riuscito a fermare cameriera e farmi portare due dolci....per il caffè ho dovuto desistere.NON PRESO!!! Come per il conto mi sono dovuto alzare per chiederlo.....mentre il proprietario è passato quasi per tutti i tavoli a scambiare chiacchiere e impressioni sulle portate arrivate...forse amici o clienti simpatici..!!! noi gli stavamo sui Maroni...mha ..che dire non mi sono trovato né servito né accolto bene , ma neanche cibo era all' altezza....mi sarei dovuto alzare per dire che erano arrivate due suole bruciate...ho pagato ..e neanche alla cassa il titolare ha avuto il coraggio di porre la fatidica domanda che fanno di solito i proprietari SERI..."è andato utto bene???.. perché.era occupato a chiacchierare con altro cliente che stava pagando.mi ha dato di lato il conto e dato resto senza CHIEDERMI NULLA.....bhe forse sapeva che lo avrei ammutolito...,io...non mi sentirei di consigliarlo...se non si è di queste parti .o per due bruschette..forse perché io romano...e lui toscano...magari ero non...

This is a superb restaurant. I am not Italien, so I can tell you only my impression about the food: it looks like they prepare traditional food in modern style. What we have taken were all very delicious. At the end I gave a little tip, in turn we received limoncello, which I did not know before. The owner is great, with large, bold gestures, a very kind person. The service was quick and friendly. I highly recommend this place for families even with pets...

This is the perfect stop on a trip from Rome to Tuscany (or the other way)! This small, family owned restaurant has traditional food. Very well prepared, and accompanied by good local wines. Excellent service, good food. What else could one wish for? The fact that many locals stop here for lunch is a testament to the owners’ authentic approach to running a trattoria. Plan your road trips well, so you can make a stop here between noon and 2pm....
