This is a small restaurant in a little town. Glad we were able to find it. Friendly staff, good food and reasonably priced. As with many places in Italy it doesn't really get busy until 8:30 or so. Piccolo ristorante/pizzeria che abbiamo scoperto solo l'ultimo giorno di soggiorno in questa piccola frazione di Centola. Abbiamo provato la pizza che è risultata ben oltre le nostre aspettative. Ci ha colpito in particolare l'impasto soffice e delizioso, ma anche tutti gli altri ingredienti sono risultati freschi e ben preparati. Consigliata la ortolana con verdure fritte, ma in generale tutto il menù (anche quello ristorante) sembra davvero invitante (peccato non avero scopeto prima). Personale gentile e prezzi ottimi. Locale gestito dalla famiglia Galietti in modo scrupoloso. Cucina semplice ma genuina serviti con la massima gentilezza. La signora è una donna riservata di cui non conosco il nome ma ho avuto modo di assaggiare le sue specialità anche se ho trovato sublime la sua pasticceria. Ogni volta che posso mi fermo a pranzo o cena e quando arriviamo a tarda ora ci concede anche pietanze per asporto con la solita bontà. Per questo motivi non è consigliabile ma...

Genuinità e sapori autentici. Renzo e la sua band suonano i piatti con deliziose e saporite pietanze. Il cameriere Giovanni è di una gentilezza e pazienza unica, sempre disponibile. Mi raccomando non dimenticate di salutare le donne in cucina, sapienti autrici di sapori cilentani. Melanzane ripiene di formaggio, alici impanate con cuore di pecorino, cavatelli fatti in casa con sugo di muscolo e panino Maradona un must da fuoriclasse della cucina.

Cucina di classe, tutto e' ben preparato e delizioso, senza mai risultare pesante. Da provare i rigatoni alla Martina e da non perdere il miglior cannolo cilentano della zona: sensazionale, da alta pasticceria!
