Ristorante Capanna Giuseppe e Bruno — Restaurant in Centro Valle Intelvi

We had a very bad experience with rifugio Giuseppe e Bruno today. We were treated with a total lack of hospitality. We came in at 1330h and people were having meals. Some tables were free. We had been walking for 5 hrs from rifugio Murelli and this was the first restaurant of the walk we met. We were starving and thirsty. But we could not get a meal, not even a soup or a coffee. No time, they said, it is too busy. There were no other restaurants in the proximity. So we were left thirsty and hungry. We were astonished....

I was on a hike and wanted to see if the restaurant was open. There, I encountered the most aggressive German Shepherd of my life. I feared it could jump the low fence and attack me. Even my 10kg dog could easily clear that fence. This dog should be kept on a leash. It was impossible to pass...

Cucina ottima peccato x insensibilità del personale. Mio marito è entrato a pagare il conto dimenticando gli occhiali da sole con lenti da vista sul tavolo. Uscendo ci siamo diretti verso lauto. Si è accorto che aveva lasciato gli occhiali e ritornato ha visto che il ns tavolo non era ancora stato riordinato solo in piu era stato appoggiato un vassoio con 2 bottiglie vuote di birra. Ma gli occhiali non cerano più. Ha chiesto alla signora che ci aveva servito ma si è sentito dire " gli avrai persi nel prato" . Ha dovuto poi entrare lui dove aveva pagato a chiedere se erano stati messi li ma nulla. Morale mancanza di educazione xche almeno potevano farsi lasciare il n di tel semmai qualcuno li avesse trovati. Morale occhiali rubati e viaggio pericoloso x rientrare a casa visto che senza lenti è stato davvero difficile. Ah e nel prato noi non ci...
