Raw Arrosticini cause stomach infection and when I spoke with the main waiter (supposed to be) he said that type of cooking is as he eat. I asked pink meat inside not red with blood. Incapable to understand what I wanted I refused any other food and at the till an old man with hair black dyed asked if was all good but I clearly said “no” but he didn’t asked what’s wrong. The place is good, very crowded, works better if you get a reservation, we got there looking for some place to eat, and very kindly they give us a table. The food is amazing, no doubt about it, but you have to wait for the waiters to much time, and this is a little bit uncomfortable, especially if you are hungry. Cucina molto tipica , tendente al rustico, i piatti semplici, rigorosamente autoctoni , l'ambiente è grande , accogliente . Oltre al locale interno c'è una veranda anch'essa ben riscaldata specie durante il periodo invernale e fresca d'estate, in seconda serata verso le 23 ci si accorge che il riscaldamento viene spento e dopo cena qualche brivido si sente. Il rapporto cucina qualità o buono sia xke i piatti, rispecchiano nella loro semplicità, la tradizione contadina abruzzese, quindi il sapore d'Abruzzo c'è tutto. Per essere un locale pressoché rustico , il servizio è fine , sottile , senza esagerazione, cmq efficiente, anche quando il locale è full il servizio è buono.
