Ok, in Chamois / Corgnolaz there is not much choice when it comes to restaurants. I think this place has tasty food but there is a long wait if you don't book in advance and sometimes also in that case. Our waitress was kind and nice even if the place was busy. Situato in un piccolo comune a circa 1800 metri in cui si arriva SOLO in funivia o con piccoli aerei perché non vi possono entrare automobili davvero suggestivo, da scoprire, troviamo questo locale caldo e accogliente in cui si mangia davvero benissimo, è il posto in cui mi è stato consigliato di cenare da una preparatissima guida del posto. Capito più volte l'anno in val d'Aosta, ma non avevo mai assaggiato una polenta così buona, è davvero da provare, merita il viaggio, meritano anche gli altri piatti del menù, ma una polenta assaggiatela. Per convincervi ad andare posso dire che il mio fidanzato è solito non aver voglia di andare a mangiare più volte nello stesso posto quando siamo fuori città per provare più piatti possibili del posto, ma questa volta ci siamo trovati così bene che ci siamo andati a cena e poi a pranzo il giorno dopo. Per i vegetariani non c'è problema, oltre alla fantastica polenta consiglio la zuppa di pane, davvero ottima. I prezzi sono adeguati, contate di spendere 20-25€ a testa.
