Great little restaurant hidden in the village We turned up after just arriving to the area and without booking when they were full. They bent over backwards squeezed us in and served us a fantastic meal without making us feel rushed. Thank you Fabio and staff we promise we will book next time!! So to add to the post...11 months on 2019 we landed in Milan and drove back down to the area and got to the village hungry and tired. We went to the restaurant to see if it would be possible to eat or even get a take away but were also expecting a no as it was late. The staff were closing down and there were a few last diners talking. Fabio greeted us shaking hands and with a beaming smile laid a table and food was on the table in minutes!!! If you are in the area you'll love the food the atmosphere and Fabio and the staff will always make it better with a great service. Thank you...

Second time the owner was happy to see us again, but the service was extremely slow and disinterested even though half the restaurant was empty. The waiter didn't even initially bother supplying us with the necessary cutlery to eat the starters. Had to ask for olive oil as well despite that everyone else had it on the table. The pasta with porcini tasted watery and bland. After asking for parmesan cheese to make it more edible, the waiter found it necessary to ridicule our request by loudly asking a group of Italian diners if they would put cheese on a pasta dish with mushrooms in it.
