During our stay in Cipressa, we went twice and order take away once. The food is delicious and both terrasses are great. The 1st time at the restaurant was perfect however the second time was terrible. My husband and my daughter got their pizzas nearly 1 hour after my son and I received our pasta. We asked twice what was happening. Apparently it was not possible to have our 4 main-courses at the same time!?! As a hotel and restaurant owners, this really annoyed us. Especially when the restaurant is not full and you see people getting take away pizza while you wait! No apologies, they offer us one beer but they charged us 2 bottles of water when we only have one! What a shame! The 2 seniors staff on the floor should do something else. They were blasé. The place was basically all ours today on a sunny winter day. We stayed in the patio and had to remove our sweaters. Bradacujun very well done, with just the right amount of oil and parsley. My boyfriend ordered ravioli: they were tasty and big, homemade for sure and perfectly cooked. They did not fall apart in spite of their extra dimension. My pasta, calamarata with anchovies, was a bit salty but really delicious and well cooked. The freshest ingredients have been used. Tuna tartare was very good and light. Tiramisy was really authentic, and the caprese with pistachios a bit sour but good with some heavy whipped cream, not from the bottle. Kindness and limoncello completed the experience. Totally...
