I’m giving this place all 5 stars! No im not related to the owners nor have I ever been here before. What I can tell first off is: We showed up without a reservation at 230, with a packed house they accommodated my wife and I without issue. Service was spot on, they even went out of their way to speak English to me even though my wife speaks perfect Italian. The place was lively and people were friendly to us. A local restaurant which seemed great at first, lots of very good reviews indicating that the plates were full and good. Stasera siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante in 4 persone. Premetto che, siamo arrivati su prenotazione intorno alle 19.50 quando il servizio era appena partito, ordinando un crostino misto come antipasto e n. 4 pizze e bevande. È arrivato il crostino dopo pochi minuti, le due pizze degli altri due amici dopo qualche altro minuto... poi di continuo, vedevamo uscire pizze destinate ad altri tavoli arrivati decisamente dopo di noi.... il bello è arrivato quando dopo circa 40/45 minuti di attesa, ci siamo alzati dal tavolo molto delusi perche' le pizze ancora non arrivavano, andando direttamente alla cassa per il pagamento. La Titolare molto scortese, poco professionale e con tono di maleducazione, mi fa pagare facendo lo scontrino per tutta la comanda senza neanche togliermi il prezzo delle due pizze che non sono mai arrivate al tavolo. Dicendomi che ormai erano pronte e le avrei dovute prendere per mangiarle a casa.... (ridicola) perché se le volevo mangiare a casa, le avrei richieste da asporto. Dopodiché il mio risentimento è quello di recensire questo suo comportamento inadeguato e sgradevole nei miei confronti, non chiedendomi neppure delle scuse sul disagio, per questo da oggi questo locale non lo consiglierò più a nessuno.
