Autogrill Tevere Ovest — Restaurant in Civitella d'Agliano

Good food selections and snacks. But it can get very busy and crowded. the service was very poor. We came on sunday jan 8th, at 1:50pm. The old women at the pasta section were very rude and didn't want to serve us. She gave the wrong order to us and we came back to her she refused to give us the correct order .(even though we told her we are vegetarian and she's offering us pasta with pork )!!!

Also, the lady at the coffee station she refused to give a liffor the hot coffee for no reason !!!

We are on a long trip and stopped here to relax and eat , but very disappointed with the services. Sorry, but if you are a foreign (not italian) cha nces are very high, you will not get a good service here not...

The Autogrill Tevere West is located next to the A1 highway, in direction of Rome. The ethernal city is just 92 kms far from this location. The bar is usually very busy. The shop assistants are wearing masks and gloves, however, most of the customers does not care about the sanitizing or the social distance at all. The coffee is delicious, but in general, the prices of this Autogrill are a bit higher than usual, according to the location. Safe parking, free toilet and shower (both clean and tidy). The shower is at the bottom of the stairs. You can buy souvenirs and sweets...

The servers were unfriendly and unwilling to assist us—for example, when we asked for help opening a bottle of wine we had purchased, no one offered assistance. I really hope this wasn’t because we are Asian, but their attitude made us feel singled out and unwelcome.

On top of that, the food was very disappointing. The meat platter was overcooked, burnt in some parts, and extremely salty. Overall, the combination of poor service and bad food made the experience unpleasant. I hope the management addresses these issues so all customers feel respected and enjoy good...
