Dunque oggi stavo rientrando da Roma in pellegrinaggio e ci siamo fermati con il bus. Posto che probabilmente essendo un grosso pellegrinaggio eravamo il 20esimo bus siamo entrati e non c'era più cibo nella zona ristorante. Il personale, effettivamente poco, si è adoperato come poteva (una cassiera ha snche collassato poveraccia) garatendo a pochi di mangiare o una bistecca o un piatto di pasta decente. La zona ristoro aveva una quantità notevole di carrelli per la raccolta dei vassoi usati rotti e abbandonati che hanno reso lo sparecchio impossobile. Infine i bagni, abbastanza puliti ma montati con le porte che si aprono all'interno con pochissimo spazio per entrare tra la porta e il water. Ecco pur nella straordinarietà della situazione una struttura che va riaggoustata in alcuni suoi aspetti. E infine mentre ripartivamo ci siamo accorti che verso il distributore c'era un sottopasso pedonale che portava dall'altra parte; ora sono d'accordo che indicare un ristorante della concorrenza non sia il massimo ma, visto il caso straordinario, forse far presente che di poteva facilmente andare dall'altra parte avrebbe risolto non poche cose. Spero in un miglioramento del servizio in quest'anno in particolare che vedrà passare molta gente in più da questo ristorante perché pellegrini, viaggiatori e lavoratori possano trovarsi...
