This was a tricky one... Great reviews online and recommended by our hosts, but overall, quite disappointing.
We didn't make a reservation, because we couldn't find any website or means of doing this online.
We were seated outside, but in the back of the restaurant area, not on the terrace with the view. Staff seemed to take orders from 3 other tables at the same time as us, with one staff member telling another to do a different table first.
We were given an English menu, and ordered two different style pizzas than we had had before. Neither seemed to mention that they were not tomato based which was regrettable - both were a bit dry and lacked suitable seasoning. We didn't partially enjoy either.
We ordered the local bottle of white wine, but wouldn't recommend it.
I found finishing my pizza difficult due to the cheap cutlery that didn't want to hold it's shape.

Simple but very effective setup, which includes a multitude of rooms and tables, including outside, in a renaissance building. Our pizza was excellent, the right balance of crust thickness (thin) and baking time. Sushi Garage is their Tuscan interpretation of raw food, featuring raw sausage with local herbs and soy sauce - very nice.
