Sarà stato il nome, o le foto invitanti su Google Maps, o la posizione perfetta per far tappa, o forse semplicemente quel famoso "caso" (che non esiste), che ci ha fatto incontrare nel nostro viaggio questo posto. Ora, l'unica certezza che ho è che chiamarlo forno è sicuramente riduttivo! Potrei parlarvi delle pizze, così fragranti e saporite, condite con un pomodoro strepitoso, un olio sopraffino e una burrata che ancora me la sogno di notte... Potrei parlarvi della focaccia ripiena con una porchetta al finocchietto talmente tenera che si scioglie appena la metti in bocca... Potrei parlarvi della caprese, servita con mozzarelle di bufala tanto dense e saporite che sembrano muggire ancora mentre le tagli con la forchetta... Potrei parlarvi dei primi di pasta fresca condita con un ragù talmente buono che qua, a Bologna (!!), non l'ho mai mangiato... O forse potrei parlarvi della gentilezza e dell'accoglienza delle persone che ci lavorano e che con modestia e semplicità condividono con voi la passione e l'amore per i loro prodotti... This has got to be the best bakery in the whole country. Their food is magnificent. We got the pizza, focaccia, croissant, and the Greek and Caesar salads.
