The food looked great on the plate but taste-wise it was missing the "waauw" effect. The rolled tuile was chewy, the tartar very roughly cut and therefore unpleasant to eat. We ordered potatoes as a side with our pork-cheek but after the meat was on the table for several minutes, we were told they were finished. After we both finished our main course, the waiter presented potatoes from another table that did not wanted them........ The tirami-chou is original but is also missing flavour, and one piece was practically empty inside....maybe the chef smokes and his tastbuts are blocked. We have had a chef with the same issue...

The food however is very average at best, small portions and very clearly not worth the price. Pasta was good but tuna was a disaster, the cook needs serious lessons about seasoning.
Last thing, wine list was weak and tasteless which is an insult to the tuscan region. We had 3 different wines and all of them were average or worse, a shocker given the choice in the region.
