The best steak meal I have had in my entire life.
I wanted something local. When I saw this place in the middle of nowhere and with cheap prices I knew I found the place. I even drove 30 mins from my Airbnb to here and man… was it worth it.
If in doubt, just go here!!!
Of course we ordered Bistecca alla Fiorentina, also sausages and ribs. All were 1000/10.
We also had a pasta all’amatriciana and it was the best pasta we have had in our trip.
Also, 2 bottles of water and a medio litro of wine. Price: the best 80€ spent ever.
They CUT THE MEAT TO ORDER !!!! Literally you can hear them breaking down the meat in the kitchen. And then… everything is cooked in this big wood fire grill.
The meat… SO TENDER… and how could it not if it’s literally cut it to order and probably arrived to the restaurant that same morning.
Also everything was so full of flavor and very well seasoned.
This is an experience and the best meal of your trip. Just trust me! And DO reserve in advance.

-customer service is a bit so so but I didn't expect anything premium so I'm totally okay with that -location is far from anything so either you're driving by or your going there on purpouse cause it isn't any close to any city center or interesting area

It's a must. Great price and great quality. The best Fiorentina stake I've ever had.

We didn’t had a reservation and we turned up at the restaurant which was already fully booked, regardless they made arrangements and found us a seat which we really appreciated.
We went for the tagliere of cold meats which was sensational followed by the fiorentina T steak and the desert.
The fiorentina was amazing to say the least, cooked to perfection, hot all the way through and I really enjoyed the over 1kg steak I had which I finished in no time, the sorbetto was delicious as well and the atmosphere was amazing.
