Il Posticino — Restaurant in Cologno Monzese

I never imagined that during a short weekend trip to the Milan area, I’d have the best food experience in Cologno Monzese. And it wasn’t your typical Italian fare — no pizza or pasta involved. What completely blew my mind was a juicy, flavor-packed Mexican-style burger: the 'Pancho.' I got the double patty, and every bite was a hit of rich, balanced flavor, with just the right hint of spice. The soft bun held it all together perfectly, adding to the texture without turning it into a mess — a composed structure with an insane taste that instantly transported me to Oaxaca. I only remembered I was in Italy when I looked up between bites, gasping for air like I’d surfaced from underwater.

And the experience didn’t stop there — the beers were fantastic: diverse, refined, and full of character. The 'birra-misù' — a bold fusion of tiramisu and a selected beer — was one of those things you just have to try to believe.

Ci siamo ritrovati in 4 a Cologno, in giro, senza un luogo noto in cui mangiare. Leggendo tra le recensioni trovo questo posto e decidiamo di prenotare.

Veniamo accolti gentilmente da una ragazza che subito si mostra super disponibile e fornisce anche dell'acqua al cane che avevamo con noi. Decidiamo di metterci all'esterno, salvo entrare successivamente per colpa delle zanzare: anche in questo caso, però, eravamo stati trattati bene con autan e repellenti, ma le zanzare sono la nostra piaga.

All'interno il "posticino" è molto carino, sebbene l'acustica non sia delle migliori e per parlare occorre urlare un po' troppo.

Prendiamo degli hamburger, tutti buoni son piaciuti, una burrata (se non erro, ma comunque un latticino) con verdure. La burrata non è spettacolare come il resto, ma d'altronde è un posto in cui mangiare hamburger, quindi diciamo che non è l'aspetto core; ad ogni modo non era brutta, semplicemente non era buona come i panini :P

Definitivamente, lo consiglierei sicuramente per mangiare un panino e gustare della birra buona e selezionata! Cortese il personale, carino il posto,...
