A fantastic culinary experience in Soave. The location is historic and being very large it has ample space for diners and a balanced distance between the tables that makes everything elegant and welcoming. The mise è place offers apparently negligible details, but here everything is calculated for the well-being of the guests. The glasses for example are chosen according to the wines and the dishes according to the food. The service is precise, punctual and to recommend a dish or a wine. The raw materials for the preparation are excellent and the dishes we have tasted have led us to enjoy the excellent dinner. Appetizer with ham on the bone, a delicate first of lemon tagliolini (exceptional!) And finally a trio of really delicious desserts: tiramisu, zuppa inglese and a curious cake based on Artemisia ... in short, a fantastic experience that I recommend to everyone. For my part I would like to come back tomorrow! Remember to move from here to May when the property can offer the new peas that grow in this native area....

We stayed not far from this restaurant and on Saturday evening, we thought we would try a local place to eat.

For us, this was the highlight of our week in Italy for meals, welcomed at the door we could hear music being played, initially I thought through speakers but it was a piano player!

The restaurant was beautiful and the staff were so accommodating. Almost every bite we eat during our week was delicious but on this evening, it seemed that the food was on another level.

You must take the opportunity to...

We were recently lucky enough to stay nearby for two weeks and found this place on our first night. My wife is gluten free and they couldn't have been more accommodating.

The best food we had on our two week holiday (with some serious competition!) and perfect Italian hospitality. We only wish we had somewhere like this closer to home.

Thanks and hope to see...
