Caffè Borghese — Restaurant in Comiso

Di passaggio a Comiso. Il bar è carino e ben curato, purtroppo c’è ZERO scelta (e dico zero sul serio) per chi come me è intollerante al lattosio, vegano o vegetariano. Nonostante la fame, mi sono dovuto accontentare di un caffè perché non si è riusciti a trovare un singolo alimento che io possa mangiare. Nemmeno una semplice pizzetta rossa senza mozzarella (per dire, non ci vuole molto ingegno ad avere prodotti senza lattosio). Quando gliel’ho fatto presente alla cassiera, dicendole in maniera gentile che bisognerebbe incrementare la scelta per chi ha queste esigenze, lei mi ha risposto che “c’è poca gente intollerante al lattosio”. In realtà le persone intolleranti al lattosio ci sono, e pure parecchie, più che altro non vengono al vostro bar perché sono consapevoli che non c’è niente che li possa soddisfare. Certe volte bisognerebbe semplicemente informarsi e capire che esistono delle varianti semplici che possano soddisfare le esigenze di ogni cliente. Volere è potere, sempre. D’altronde vorrei anche ricordare alla cassiera che il problema alla base non sono io che sono intollerante, ma voi che non vi riuscite ad adeguare. Farmi sentire in difetto per il mio problema (che peraltro non ho scelto io di avere) era l’ultima cosa che volevo...
