the cottage does not accept payment cards for amounts under €20. An elderly gentleman stands at the cash register and burdens the guests because they pay amounts for food that are a little over €20. The gentleman is rude and talks about the fact that the payment might not be made because the cash register sometimes does not work. In 6 years, it has not happened that payment by card did not work. The ski lodge does not want to pay a fee for payment cards, so they harass guests by paying with regular money. Otherwise, they have good food in the cottage. Mi sono rivolto educatamente alla signora (con i capelli corti) chiedendo se ci fosse un posto dove poter lasciare due semplici bucce di banana, dato che all’interno della baita non avevo trovato alcun cestino. Invece di rispondere in modo civile, mi è stato detto in tono seccato e poco educato: “Quello che ti porti su, lo scendi con te”. Ho spiegato che stavo solo chiedendo se esistesse un punto dedicato ai rifiuti organici, ma la signora ha continuato accusandomi ingiustamente di essere uno di quelli che “butta tutto in giro”, come se fossi lì per sporcare.

Trovo inaccettabile essere giudicato così, senza alcuna conoscenza della mia persona o del mio comportamento. Ho visitato luoghi ben più remoti di questo, dove è perfettamente normale conferire i residui organici in appositi spazi per il compostaggio. Il rispetto verso la natura, e verso le persone, dovrebbe essere reciproco.

Peccato, perché sarebbe bastata una risposta gentile per evitare tutto ciò. Personalmente non tornerò, e suggerirei alla gestione di rivedere l’approccio al dialogo con...
