I know sometimes staff can be overwhelmed, but: we sat for 25 minutes and nobody came to take the order I’ve told a waitress we were ready and she said someone would have taken the order soon but nobody came they looked at us many times and still didn’t bother to take the order the place wasn’t actually that busy the table next to us had to remind they were waiting for the drinks they ordered a while before we left and nobody apologised even if they knew why we were leaving

Mi dispiace dover dare una valutazione così scadente a questo ristorante ma purtroppo non ha rispettato le aspettative in nulla. Per cominciare abbiamo chiamato un ora prima di arrivare per prenotare delle pizze da asporto, purtroppo avevamo una riunione e non avevamo molto tempo, pertanto ci siamo affidati a telefonare. Inizialmente abbiamo chiesto se vi fosse una sorta di menu visibile online, la risposta è stata testualmente: “se vuole può venire qui e fare una foto al menu”, non commento. Arrivati all’ora che avevamo concordato le pizze, ovviamente, non erano pronte e quasi non sapevano di cosa stessimo parlando, dalla telefonata avevamo più o meno inteso che vi era una certa indisposizione a questa preparazione di tre semplici pizze da portare via. Quindi abbiamo dovuto attendere 45 minuti affinché queste pizze siano pronte, nel frattempo noi avevamo necessità e quindi siamo dovuti andare a presiedere a tale riunione. Morale della serata: abbiamo mangiato delle pizze fredde e durante la notte ho dovuto continuare a bere, pertanto anche l’impasto non era dei migliori. Ci ho pensato bene prima di lasciare una sola stella, ma consultando altre recensioni non mi sarei sentito solo in questo. Vi ringrazio ma di sicuro non ci avrete più...
