Abbiamo notato questo ristorantino mentre percorrevamo la Val di Fassa e visto che erano già passate abbondantemente le 13 siamo entrati. Locale carino, rinnovato da poco, con personale cordiale e gentile. Il pranzo è stato un'ottima sorpresa, i flans di polenta con crema di formaggio e porcini veramente squisiti, come la crema di patate sempre con porcini. Non da meno il secondo, con delle costicine di maiale su letto di patate al forno con cipolla accompagnate con salsa di senape al prezzemolo e una marmellata di peperoni piccanti veramente ottima. Sinceramente mi aspettavo le classiche costicine mangiate molte volte in trattoria o nelle sagre, ma con mia lieta sorpresa le ho trovate ben al di sopra delle mie aspettative.
