Baita Santa Lucia da "Fritz" — Restaurant in Comunità Alto Garda e Ledro

Leider sehr unfreundlich. Wir wollen draußen etwas Wein trinken und eine Käseplatte essen. Zuerst kam niemand, um die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Ich ging nach drinnen, um zu bestellen. Daraufhin sagte man mir, dass sie nach draußen kein Essen bringen, weil das Wetter nicht so gut sei. Aber sie würden es trotzdem machen. Wetter war eigentlich okay, 22 Grad, viele Wolken, aber trocken. Als die Bedienung dann den Wein brachte, meinte sie sehr unfreundlich im Weggehen noch: Normalerweise würden sie kein Essen nach draußen bringen. Sowas muss man sich als Gast nicht gefallen lassen. Daraufhin haben wir den Käse abbestellt. Wir haben nicht darauf bestanden, dass wir draußen mit Essen bedient werden müssen. Wenn das nicht normal ist in dieser Baita, dann kann man das auch freundlich sagen. Und vielleicht auch schon an den Tischen draußen darauf aufmerksam machen. Man wird ja auch darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass es keine Pizza und Pasta gibt. Übrigens, der Weißwein war auch nicht sein Geld wert. Es gibt etliche Restaurants im Tal, die viel besseren Hauswein anbieten. Schade, aber leider keine Empfehlung.

Die Antwort, die daraufhin vom Inhaber kam, habe ich vom Manager erwartet. Die Deutschen sind also ungebildet und unhöflich. Nicht ich habe ein Schimpfwort gesprochen, aber Sie in Ihrer Antwort. Fragen Sie Aldo, ob wir unhöflich sind. Und es war nie davon die Rede, dass es kein Pizza oder Pasta gibt. Es zeigt nur, dass Sie nichts verstanden haben. Schreiben Sie am Eingang Ihrer Baita, willkommen Einheimische, aber keine Fremden. Wir waren über 50x in Italien, es gab nie ein Problem. Alles Gute

Purtroppo molto ostile. Vogliamo bere del vino fuori e mangiare un piatto di formaggi. All'inizio nessuno è venuto a prendere l'ordine. Sono entrato per ordinare. Mi è stato poi detto che non avrebbero portato cibo fuori perché il tempo non era così buono. Ma lo farebbero comunque. Il tempo era effettivamente buono, 22 gradi, molte nuvole, ma asciutto. Quando la cameriera ha portato il vino, ha detto molto scortese mentre se ne andava: Normalmente non avrebbero portato cibo fuori. Non devi sopportarlo come ospite. Abbiamo quindi annullato il formaggio. Non abbiamo insistito sul fatto che dobbiamo essere serviti con cibo fuori. Se questo non è normale in questa baita, puoi dirlo gentilmente. E forse anche attirare l'attenzione sui tavoli fuori. Ti rendi anche conto che non ci sono pizza e pasta. A proposito, neanche il vino bianco valeva i soldi. Ci sono diversi ristoranti nella valle che offrono vino della casa molto migliore. È un peccato, ma sfortunatamente nessuna raccomandazione.

Mi aspettavo questa risposta del gestore. Quindi i tedeschi sono ignoranti e maleducati. Non ho pronunciato una parolaccia, ma Lei nella Sua risposta. Chiede ad Aldo se siamo scortesi. E non è mai stato detto che non c'erano pizza o pasta. Mostra solo che non ha capito niente. All'ingresso della Sua baita, scrive per accogliere i locali ma non gli estranei. Overall an excellent experience in this small restaurant. 1) wines from local and small wineries, do ask the owner for advice, she was able to recommend a couple of great bottles 2) having visited Trentino since I was a kid I dare say that the chef knows what he's doing with local dishes. Goulash, canederli, mushrooms, carne salada, all were outstanding, making the trip worth it on their own. I'd say desserts are not to same level as the mains (but still nice). Highly recommended, definitely in my top 3 food memories...

What a beautiful service ,Waiter was amazing didn't get her name but Lord Jesus Christ we even booked a table for our next dinner again because we felt well served ..I also wanna give a compliment to two waiters/runners who brought food to the table ,very informative and they were also punctual,Compliments to the chef 👨‍🍳, he is the asset of the restaurant because all meals were made with love,knowledge and passion....Yes we dining there tomorrow dinner again ...#tablebooked...
