Osteria La Torre — Restaurant in Comunità Alto Garda e Ledro

We ate here 3 evenings during our week in Ledro. As well as the normal menu there is a daily menu of different dishes. This restaurant would rate highly anywhere. The service is friendly and helpful. The food is great, and the wines are also very good. I tried their recommended glasses of wine with each course and was impressed. Their vino Merlino is so much nicer than port, I shall try and get a bottle when I get home to the UK. Over our 3 evening meals we tried the savoury dumplings, blueberry risotto, tortelli stuffed with fish, focaccia, pumpkin flan, red mullet, tiramisu made with amaretto, the bohemian sweet dumplings, and the milk chocolate with raspberry sauce and pistachios. Everything was excellent! My wife is vegetarian and there was also a good choice for her, plus they were happy to adapt dishes for her if required. Sehr nette, kleine Osteria, mit absolut freundlichem Personal und besten Speisen und Weinen! Zudem ist auch eine sehr gute kulinarische Kombination wählbar, weil historisch eine immer noch gelebte Verbindung zu Tschechien besteht und deshalb auch überlieferte Rezepte aus der böhmischen Küche angeboten werden. Zudem ein absolut weltoffener Chef mit Anspruch und Wertschätzung von Mensch und Natur. Hier waren wir recht gerne Gast. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Molto bella, piccola osteria, con personale assolutamente cordiale e il miglior cibo e vini! Inoltre, è possibile selezionare anche un'ottima combinazione culinaria, perché storicamente esiste ancora un legame vivo con la Repubblica Ceca e quindi vengono offerte anche ricette tradizionali della cucina boema. Inoltre, un capo assolutamente cosmopolita con standard e apprezzamento per le persone e la natura. Siamo stati molto felici di essere ospiti qui. Altamente raccomandato!

Velmi pěkná, malá osteria, s naprosto přátelským personálem a nejlepším jídlem a víny! Navíc lze vybrat i velmi dobrou kulinářskou kombinaci, protože historicky stále existuje živý vztah k České republice, a proto jsou nabízeny i tradiční recepty z české kuchyně. Navíc naprosto kosmopolitní šéf se standardy a oceněním lidí i přírody. Byli jsme velmi rádi, že jsme zde byli hosty....

Spinti da consigli di altri siamo stati a cena ieri sera... peccato solo per una sera, l'ultima! Personale Genuino,Volonteroso,Giovane,con il Sorriso dietro le mascherine,Affiatati con la loro luce negli occhi e quelli del Gestore,molto apprezzato e di cui ci congratuliamo nuovamente per le Sue capacità! Siamo stati bene Accolti,pur se in quel momento il Ristorante era pure pieno! In breve tempo ci hanno preparato un tavolo accompagnandoci all'interno del loro magnifico Castello. Noto poi subito il tovagliato tenue e di veloce sanificazione tavoli ed un bel menù chiaro e con proposte HOME MADE E TRENTINE: Dalla pasta dello chef al pane amorevolmente sfornato dal loro pizzaiolo! OTTIMA QUALITÀ E PRESENTAZIONE DEI LORO PIATTI! Abbiamo degustato tagliatelle al Tartufo, maccheroncini al cervo, Gulasch del Conte su pagnotta locale integrale, tagliata e tagliere di salumi e formaggi Tipici. Pure i collaboratori della Sala: di Presenza, Simpatica, Professionale e in particolar modo la Capo-Sala (perdoni se non so il Suo nome) e la Sig.na Anna (alla quale rinnovo ancora il suo Buon Onomastico😉) che ci hanno servito con passione viziandoci in questa bella serata ben riuscita!
