I EVEN called half an hour before ending my shift for one single pizza, they told me they could've done it for hour X so I was there around 5 minutes earlier. Guess what? Saw at least 10-15 people coming in after me and being served while I was still waiting for the pizza that wasn't being prepared and they said it would've been ready for the time set. Ended up waiting almost an hour for a single sHTy pizza that was all burned underneath and tasted like charcoal. I was really pissed, also the owner didn't even bother to say sorry for the wait or update me on why it was taking so long for a pizza that would've tasted better bought frozen. Really hostile environment, wasn't the first time that this place deluded me with the taste but the whole thing plus the disgusting pizza made me lose more than an hour, ruin a dinner and be even more angry for the way I got treated like.

Avoid at all costs, any pizzeria is 100% definitely better than this one and at least other places try to make it up to you if they make you wait or at least say the word "sorry" not like this jerk owner. Hard to name a place worse than this ngl. Spent even too much time writing this, not worth a single extra...

Oggi, nonostante alcuni amici mi avessero sconsigliato di andarci a causa di prezzi alti e poca cordialità, verso le 12.30 mi sono presentato per poter pranzare. Nel locale erano presenti alcuni operai in pausa pranzo e un gruppo di motociclisti: all'interno vi erano metà tavoli occupati, mentre quasi tutti i tavoli fuori erano liberi. Io e mia moglie ci siamo presentati chiedendo di poter pranzare, ma l'uomo all'ingresso ci ha chiesto se avevamo prenotato e io gli ho risposto che venivamo da Trento e non eravamo a conoscenza del bisogno di fare ciò. Perciò, abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile pranzare lo stesso. Egli ci ha risposto seccamente: "No non è possibile". Sono rimasto veramente basito da questa mancanza di cortesia, considerando soprattutto che il locale era mezzo vuoto. Devo dire che sono anni che vengo in val di Non e questa è la prima volta che incontro un ristoratore così poco ospitale. Comunque abbiamo pranzato ottimamente altrove, dove la cortesia...
