Osteria nascosta al centro di un piccolo paesino, dopo aver parcheggiato fuori dal centro siamo andati a piedi su per le stradine e lo abbiamo trovato affacciato su una piccola piazzetta. Unico locale con segni di vita quella domenica pomeriggio. Dentro l'aspetto è quello classico da osteria, abbastanza spartano ma funzionale. Il personale molto gentile ci ha accolto e servito immediatamente, non c'era molta gente ma per fortuna abbiamo pranzato davvero in poco tempo perché dovevamo tornare verso casa. Come antipasto abbiamo preso la carne salada con cipolla rossa che era una bontà, accompagnata da un olio spettacolare che sarebbe stato da bere così com'era. Dopodiché abbiamo preso un primo e un secondo che abbiamo smezzato, sia la pasta al tartufo che il filettino erano davvero buoni. Siamo rimasti decisamente contenti e, chicca finale, la crème brulé al pistacchio ci ha conquistati. Non so se torneremo da quelle parti, ma nel caso sappiamo già dove...
