Da Cipriano reminds me of the set of a sexy Italian 60s photo shoot. It's traditional meets modern but about 50 years ago. This adds to it's beauty and charm. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and accomplished, easily able to work the table with sophistication and expertise without you realising. The food is traditional and heart warming. Each course is delightful and delicious. It takes you on a timeless journey of the region with rustic beauty. Pokerino is highly recommended as it shows off the region's heritage cuisine and fills the belly. Costolette di cervo brings on a journey through the woods and mountains of Trentino. The owner, a wonderful and charming local Italian man, who makes you feel like family, will direct you to the perfect wine that will match the dishes you choose. If you are in doubt just select all of the dishes and wine he recommends. Portions will be plenty, but I recommend having all 4 courses as you will not be disappointed and when dessert arrives you will find a whole new stomach, finding yourself wanting more. Grappa is provided following your meal, which will help you to digest and give you another experience of the delights that Trentino has to offer. This restaurant is local and traditional. Peccato, visto da fuori è davvero carino e i piatti sembravano davvero invitanti, vi consigliamo di provarlo, ma noi purtroppo non possiamo darvi un'opinione positiva perché avendo un cane non abbiamo potuto pranzare qui. Ci è stato comunicato in modo educato ma con lo spazio esterno che c'era e considerate le leggi in corso, ci sembra davvero assurdo. Trovarsi in un minuscolo paesino isolato del Trentino con pochissime persone con un bellissimo spazio esterno dopo aver camminato nei sentieri trovare un unico ristorante aperto che non accetta i cani ci sembra davvero strano e avvilente , poi tutti qui possono dire la loro esperienza con gli animali ma sta anche al buon senso del padrone capire se si può portare o meno il proprio animale in un locale, tanto più nella veranda esterna isolato da tutti gli altri tavoli come poteva essere qui oggi. Francamente fatichiamo a trovare locali che non accettino animali, almeno all'esterno. Poi Dopo tutte le chiusure per il covid... se avete animali non andateci perché come noi perdete...
