Ristorante Pizzeria Lillà — Restaurant in Comunità della Valle dei Laghi

I was included in a 12 people reservation. They were informed of my dietry option(vegan)in advance, whilst the others pre ordered paella. There was very little on the a la carte menu as vegan options, besides the usual side dishes. I was surprised no effort was made even to suggest a simple veg risotto, (at least to stay in theme with the company I was in.) I realise that for 1 client it may seem too much of an effort, but that 1 client may return with many others if the options were available in the future: something in these modern times which is more and more requested as many people are going plant based. Non the less, what I did order was fine, well presented and fresh. The pizzas looked good, but I did not ask if they had vegan "mozzarella", maybe next time ;) My companions were very satisfied with their paella which was very attractivly presented. Premettendo che la pizza era buona, unica nota positiva rispetto a tutto il resto. Siamo arrivati in 4, locale non affollato, dopo 20 minuti si sono ricordati di venirci a prendere le ordinazioni nonostante avessimo i menù chiusi e avessimo richiamato l'attenzione più volte. Alla richiesta di mettere un pugnetto di patatine fritte sulla pizza mi rispondono che le potevano portare come porzione a parte (5€), proposta che ovviamente ho rifiutato (ps: non era questione di friggitrice accesa o spenta perché ne portavano a volontà negli altri tavoli, quindi se proprio avrei pagato giustamente l'aggiunta ma non una porzione intera). Dopo aver ordinato, le pizze ci hanno messo una buona mezz'ora ad arrivare, quindi scocciati abbiamo chiesto delle scatole di cartone per poterle portare via e mangiare al lago. Dico solo che abbiamo fatto prima a finire la pizza per la fame che avevamo dall'attesa e perché le scatole non ci sono mai state portate. Ne abbiamo presa una dal banco del pizzaiolo NOI per portarci via gli avanzi. L'unico dolce che è stato preso era con gelato alla vaniglia ed è arrivato con gelato al limone, dopo averlo fatto presente si sono proposti di portarlo a parte scusandosi. Una misera pallina di gelato alla vaniglia che non è mai arrivata. Arrivati in cassa ci hanno deliziato con uno sconto di 30 centesimi per arrotondare. E si, l'acqua in bottiglia costa 3.50€ a litro e 2€ a testa per il coperto.

Ti abbasso pure di una stella perché da come rispondi ai clienti ti meriti proprio di chiudere. Non accetti le critiche e anzi, dai contro a prescindere su tutto quello che si dice sparando sentenze sulla gente che è venuta da te e ha speso pure soldi. No, non sono abituata ai fast food ma sono abituata a posti dove si mangia bene e senza essere ladrati o trattati come cretini quando di errori voi ne avete fatti MOLTI partendo dall'incuranza del personale. Aufgrund unseres Hotelaufenthalt haben wir das angrenzende Restaurant besucht, was soll ich sagen, wir sind begeistert. Wir wurden jedesmal sehr freundlich begrüßt, jaaaa wir waren öfter da, wir konnten immer wöhlen imwo wir essen wollten, ob drinnen, im Wintergarten oder draußen, gut einmal hat es geregnet, da hatten wir keine große Auswahl, aber das ist ja verständlich. Die Karte ist dreisprachig, englisch und deutsch, was sehr von Vorteil ist, wenn man sich nicht sicher ist was man vor lauter Angebot nehmen soll. Es geht über Pasta, Fisch und Fleisch zu Pizza. Ebenso gibt es eine geoße Auswahl an Desserts. An unserem letzten Tag hatten wir Salat, 2 Pizzen und als Nachsoeise Tiramisu und Zitronensorbet, ein solch cremiges wie Eis zerlaufendes geschmacksintensives Tiramisu hab ich noch nirgends in meinem Leben gegessen und ich war schon sehr viel unterwegs. Das Zitronensorbet war ebenso lecker, es hat so gut geschmeckt als hätte die Nona neben uns gestanden und es gerade erst für uns eigenhändig zubereitet. Alles schmeckte sehr lecker und frisch. Es ist alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Allem Anschein nach ist es familiengeführt und wird mit viel Liebe und Respekt gegenüber Mitarbeitern, Gästen und deren Wünschen betrieben, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
