The quality of the food exceeded my expectations. Each dish was prepared with care and attention to detail, resulting in flavours that were both exquisite and memorable.

What truly impressed me was the portion size. The restaurant provided ample servings, ensuring that guests would leave fully satisfied. It was refreshing to see that they value their customers by offering substantial portions without compromising on taste or quality.

Furthermore, the affordability of the meals was remarkable. Considering the delectable cuisine and the generous portions, the prices were more than reasonable. This made dining at the restaurant an excellent value-for-money experience, especially when compared to other establishments offering...

This is a fantastic place to eat and drink, nestled at the foot of the hiking trail to the Pyramidi di Terra Segonzano in the Valle di Cembra. The staff are friendly and on-the-spot helpful, always with a smile. The food choices are varied, focused on local produce. My wife claims the Chips are some of if not the best she’s ever had!! And not just that, the prices are unbelievable - we had a first course and sweet with drinks and it came to €25 in total!! There's a great vibe in this place. If you want to see some of nature’s most unique landscapes in the Dolomites, you MUST take time to visit the Ristobar Chiosco...

Mi dispiace di nOn averlo fatto prima!!! Abbiamo fatto un pranzo di famiglia e posso dire che è tutto stato eccellente! Mi scuso per le foto perché non sono riuscito a fare al tempo 😁 … tutto così buono che abbiamo spazzato tutto molto velocemente 😂 Prezzi onestissimi!

Siamo stati in tre al Chiosco di Segonzano per pranzo, una domenica. Prima di tutto: la prenotazione è obbligatoria – e non lo dico tanto per dire. Il posto è sempre molto richiesto, quindi se volete mangiare tranquilli, riservate per tempo.

Quel giorno c’era un piccolo problema legato alla mancanza di personale, quindi il servizio è stato un po’ rallentato. Ma voglio sottolineare che la bontà del cibo ha più che compensato l’attesa. Nulla di grave, anzi: comprensibile e gestito comunque con cortesia.

Abbiamo deciso di provare tre piatti “forti”: costine a cottura lenta, coniglio e stinco. Tutti e tre semplicemente favolosi. Le costine, in particolare, erano talmente tenere che si scioglievano in bocca. Abbinate alla polenta, diventano un piatto che rasenta la perfezione. Anche il coniglio era cucinato benissimo – saporito, tenero, profumato. Lo stinco, ricco e succulento, ha completato degnamente il trio.

Un dettaglio divertente: la volta scorsa, il cibo era talmente buono che non ho fatto in tempo nemmeno a fare una foto prima di divorarlo. Questa volta ho fermato tutti al tavolo: “Aspettate, prima le foto!”. E ne è valsa la pena, sia per l’occhio che per il palato. Do cinque stelle piene, con la fiducia che la prossima volta anche il servizio tornerà al top – come già promesso dai gestori. Il posto merita davvero una visita: cucina casalinga, autentica e appagante, in un contesto tranquillo e genuino del Trentino. 🔔 Consiglio finale: andateci la domenica, godetevi i piatti, ma non dimenticate...
