Ristorante alla Vecchia Macina — Restaurant in Comunità della Valle di Sole

Avevamo provato questo ristorante a dicembre e ci era molto piaciuto. Abbiamo prenotato per la cena, a ferragosto.

Ci hanno accolto e fatto accomodare al nostro tavolo.

Abbiamo ordinato. Quattro primi, due secondi, tre desserts. Ci hanno portato I nostri piatti puntualmente, senza attese.

I tagliolini al ragù di cervo e gli spetzle con speck e formaggio erano buoni.

Posso confermare che i "ravioli di coniglio" erano farciti veramente con coniglio: ho trovato pezzi di osso, ma può capitare (forse in una osteria). Quello che non mi è proprio piaciuto è stato il sapore: si sentiva lo speck nel ripieno, ma il sapore del coniglio... niente! La "sua salsa"... indicata nel menù ma non pervenuta nel piatto. Piatto da rivedere completamente.

La tagliata era cotta bene ma a mio parere un po di sale maldon non è sufficiente a trasformare un pezzo di carne cotto in un piatto finito. Niente olio, niente salse, niente pepe. Niente, solo due pezzi di patata messi probabilmente per dare un po di volume alla carne.

La guancia era buona ma solo due piccoli medaglioni... abbastanza per capire cosa stavamo mangiando .

L'hamburgher era il migliore dei secondi ma...ho trovato un pezzo di spago nella carne (come quello usato per legare le salsicce).

Il semifreddo al pistacchio ed il tortino al cioccolato erano buoni. Io ho chiesto di finire con un rum e, se c'era, un po di cioccolato fondente. Mi hanno portato una ciotolina con dei bottoni di cioccolato, quelli usati per fare i dolci. Ancora: in un posto di "livello" non si fa. Meglio dire "non abbiamo il cioccolato". Avrei preso qualcos'altro.

Considerando il livello che vogliono mantenere per il ristorante, direi anche che sarebbe stato opportuno avere una spiegazione dei piatti.

Tante piccoli (o grandi?) errori che mi hanno fatto cambiare totalmente opinione. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo/quantità non è giustificabile.

Forse torneremo per avere un...

We spent great time in this place. As you step your foot into the restaurant, you are welcomed by the nice atmosphere and smiling waiter with a beard:) The food was delicious, very sophisticated and well-served. We were offered a special menu for vegetarians. As we were waiting for a main meal we had delicious home-made bread rolls. We also enjoyed local wine and excuisite desserts. Because of the brilliant atmosphere and delicious food service, we highly recommend going to the Ristorante Alla...

Food is really good. If you are a foodie you should visit. On the other hand there is a wait time. And i don't mean the wait time for food because it was ok, but the wait time to be taken care of. We waited for more than 5 minutes to get the menu and in the end, about 20 to get the receipt. The restaurant was not full and the waitress who was serving us was only serving 3 tables so it shouldn't be like this. It kind of ruined the experience and that's why it's...
