The design of the hut is stunning, seamlessly blending rustic charm with modern vibes. The lunch menu is amazing, filled with delicious local dishes, and the dinner experience is on another level. Imagine arriving by skidoo, being welcomed with drinks by the fire, surrounded by beautiful lighting and music in the middle of nowhere—it’s unforgettable.

The service was impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond. A special shoutout to Daniel and the sommelier, whose expertise and warm hospitality made the evening extra special as well as to the big boss who tried everything to arrange a table for us. They even remembered after one year that I am vegetarian!

The menu is interesting and well-thought-out, and whatever you do, don’t miss the homemade pralines—they are divine!

Just disappointed They sell it like an amazing restaurant, but I have some complaints: first of all they waiters are not prepared and I will explain you why. They asked which kind of wine we wanted to order before even asking for the food, and then, when we asked for a suggestion fl they just showed us how to read the wine list, whiteout providing any suggestion. A basket of bread and homemade grissinis was included in the menu, but we had to ask for it because they didn’t bring it to us. Then let’s talk about the food: nothing special, if you come in a restaurant like this you expect to have many flavours to explode in your mouth, instead of it, we had a dish of tagliatelle al cacao that didn’t taste that much, and also the orzotto wasn’t very tasty. It was more like a dish that you could cook everyday at home. The second course was better, the meat was well cooked and also the vegetables were tasty. The location and interior are great, which makes our experience even more disappointing...

The staff seemed somewhat lost while taking our order. Not much contact with the waiter who seemed to be more interested in whatever was going on away from our table.

Our food sadly did not improve things... The broth in the dumpling soup was just completely tasteless and lukewarm. Basically warm water. Dumplings themselves were acceptable, but desperately needed heavy seasoning.

The children's cutlet was okay and the portion was actually pretty substantial.

I ordered the "Baita Salad". At first I received a basic salad that was nothing like the menu and after consulting one of the waiters, I had the proper meal delivered later than the rest.

Wouldn't recommend coming here for food unless...
