We drove out of our way to this restaurant on Boxing Day, wondering if it was even going to be open. Not only was it open - it was absolutely heaving! This place is amazing - they have pages and pages of pizzas, many combinations I have never seen before. We ordered two and they were absolutely delicious. The staff were also brilliant - the maitre de was polite and incredibly organised even though it was busy, the barman offered us a drink during the short wait for a table and everyone else was friendly and upbeat even though they were ran off their feet! Staff was incredibly rude, food was either inedibly salty (polenta with sausage) or flavorless (we were a party of eight and only one person at the table enjoyed their meal). One of the pizzas and calzone both arrived at the table disgustingly burnt. The pizza crusts were nice and thin, but I cannot recommend this place given the rude and hostile demeanor of the staff. Gulasch was delicious. -Service Staff was very polite and attentive. Made sure we had everything we needed. Atmosphere. The theme is like a log hunting cabin with antlers as chandeliers. Very cozy but also capable of accommodating a large number of customers.
