Very good, locally made, traditional food. Good service, personnel is very kind and responsive. The view over the Pale di S. Martino Group is great although the location, just by the roadside, can be a bit noisy in high season. Having said that, they accept only cash payments apparently because they cannot have a reliable internet connection. We stopped here to drink coffee and only the bar was open (we could order only drinks or desserts). We ordered coffee with milk, hot chocolate with whipped cream, two types of panna cotta and the ricotta cake with berries, and it was splendid. Everything tasted fresh, delicious and rich. I really loved the panna cotta with caramel.

The girls who worked there were very nice and also offered me to milk cows, but since I was short on time I couldn't.

5 ragazzi in moto, direzione passo Giau, per poi montare la tenda ed aspettare l'annuale "Alba sul Giau"! E niente.. Ceniamo presso la Malga (cena squisita, dall'antipasto al dolce!!), paghiamo (fra l'altro poco per la bella cena che ci hanno permesso di fare) ed al momento di apprestarsi a ripartire... Il finimondo!! Parte subito un temporale incredibile ed ormai sconsolati, per dover ripartire nel bel mezzo del temporale, un gesto inaspettato! I proprietari della Malga ci propongono di pernottare in loco, ci preparano subito uno spazio, lavano per terra e noi davvero non sapevamo come ringraziare! Quindi nulla, se non vi bastasse una cena tipica deliziosa, un bel locale in un posto incantato ed un trattamento che ti fa sentire un po' a casa; allora fatevi bastare questa nostra esperienza e capirete che questa gente oltre che alla prestazione vi offre anche un pezzo di cuore.
