We found this camp on maps on our way from the mountains to Vicenza and we decided to stay there because it seemed nice. And it really was. We didn't catch the best weather but that's on the wind, not the camp. The camp seems like there's mostly stable residents in caravans and that there's some community maybe? I don't know, that's not my business after all. However the owners were really nice people who were willing to communicate with us via translator or gestures because we don't speak Italian and they don't speak english. Dopo aver deciso last second di fare una notte in tenda il 14/08 per poi fare una bella passeggiata a ferragosto, ho trovato questa malga con annesso il campeggio. I gestori/proprietari si occupano di entrambi i servizi. È tutto molto semplice, ma curato. La gestione è famigliare e la qualità del cibo è alta! Abbiamo cenato il classico piatto di Recoaro, i gnocchi alla fioretta, bigoli con ragù di anitra, spezzatino e formaggio fuso con speck e funghi. Beautiful place with spectacular views. I can't recall a time when I had better Fioretta gnocchi than the ones I had here. Great food at a good price served with passion...
