Piccolo panificio, non troppo indicato, diciamo che “bisogna andarci apposta”. Ha un grande parcheggio davanti molto comodo. Appena si entra nel negozio si vorrebbe comprare tutto. Abbiamo preso il necessario per un pic Nic al Cancano, pizzette, focaccia ripiena prosciutto e crescenza, e del pane di segale. Tutto buonissimo.

Spettacolare. Il pane di segale per me è solo quello di Fior d alpe. 30 anni di ferie a Bormio, 30 anni del loro pane di segale. Il profumo che si sente entrando nel punto vendita/laboratorio è per me inconfondibile; come il sapore delle loro focacce, dei dolci e, ovviamente ,del pane. Se siete in zona è obbligatorio provare i loro prodotti. Attenzione l assaggio può creare...
