We stayed for exactly five minutes! We came to the camp to stay for about five days. We managed to find a reception room, which is also a bar/restaurant/you name it. We tried to check in, but the person behind the counter was not interested in us. I asked where can we check in and person (director, bartender, employee??) took our ID cards and asked if we have a tent. When we said yes, we are with a tent, he asked if we are going to stay for one or two nights. I replied, that we plan to stay longer. Answer, he was not very pleased with. Then he took us outside to show us where we can have our tent. He showed us two pithes, with no shaddow at all, both in between bungalows so basically wherever you turn you could end up in you neighbours plate. We stayed in lots of camp sites and always were able to pick a pitch that suited us and the size of the tent. There was a path leading to both pitches so steep that we had no idea hot to bring our car up there adn make a turn to park on a pitch. Path with paving stones with holes in it, so it is easy to get your ancle injured... ||He pointed where the showers and toilettes are and left in a hurry. I went to check the showers and toilet, but all the doors were locked! So the only operating showers and toiletes were at the bottom of the camp. We saw tents in a different area and I wanted to ask, if we could go downthere. Went back to the reception/bar/restaurant and asked the question and before I could even finish my sentense he gave us back our IDs and left. We had a feeling that campers with tents are not very welcome, we had no conversation at all, the main place/restaurant/bar looks very dark and not very clean, toilettes in the middle of the camp were locked at the time, the staff is not very pleasant, it is impossibly to ask anything about facilities, we saw a disco there, so I guess the nights are not quiet. Don't be deceived by the photos on...

Read moreMy husband and I had planned to camp here for 3 nights but we only stayed for 2. Reception was a little tricky to find as it was basically the bar. A few staff spoke basic English. Very sloped roads but flat pitches. Shown to pitch beside a bungalow and the toilet block was pointed out. No other information or map of site given. We didn’t have any problems pitching the tent during a break in heavy rain. Took trying three different points within electricity box before we got power. We ate in the restaurant and had takeaway pizza during our stay. The food was great however service minimal..perhaps because of lack of English and our inability to speak any other language. Prices were very reasonable. 3 Euros for a large glass of Prosecco. The biggest disappointment and the reason we left a night early was the facilities. The majority of toilets are squat toilets and are dirty and smelly. We discovered two typical toilets in each block after going back and searching reviews. The majority of people seemed to be using these meaning that there was sometimes a queue. The site itself was beautiful and a great base for driving the Stelvio Pass however out of the 5 sites we stayed at during our holiday we felt the least...
